We at LLTS want to empower, support and inspire all of our parents, coaches, teachers and leaders to create safe and inclusive environments in junior sport, where everyone involved gets the opportunity to flourish.  LLTS Monthly is provided to continue our connection and sharing of great content with our valuable LLTS presentation attendees.

We hope you enjoy, and if you have anyone that you feel would benefit from any of our content, please feel free to share.

AFL Victoria 2026 Coaching Forum

We’re thrilled to once again partner with AFL Victoria to deliver our Learning Life Through Sport presentation at the 2026 AFL Vic Coaches Forum, hosted at the MCG.

If you believe sport can be a place where everyone belongs and thrives, this program is for you. Coaches shape far more than skills and strategies — they shape environments, moments, and teach lessons that last a lifetime.

Learning Life Through Sport invites you to lead with empathy, courage, and connection, creating team and match-day cultures where people feel seen, supported and inspired.

It’s about approaching sport with open hearts, not clenched fists, and making a positive impact that extends well beyond the final siren.

The two-day event will take place on Saturday 28 February and Sunday 1 March 2026, with Learning Life Through Sport presented at 1:30pm on Sunday 1 March.

Become Unstoppable

Gilbert Anoka - The mind behind the New Zealand All Blacks

In a career spanning almost three decades, visionary psychological coach, Gilbert Enoka, changed the way the All Blacks played their game. With a 77% winning record in test match rugby, the highest of any professional sports team, they are the only international team to have a winning record against every opponent. That is only possible because they leave no part of their preparation to chance. Their winning mindset and resilience are as important as the physical training and Gilbert Enoka was their secret weapon.
